Refund & Return Policy

We understand digital purchases can sometimes create questions. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Digital Products

All ebooks and digital downloads are delivered instantly after successful payment. Because digital content can be copied, we usually do not provide refunds once the product has been downloaded.

2. Refund Exceptions (Rare Cases)

• If the product file is corrupt or the download link does not work, we will provide a replacement link within 24–48 hours.
• If payment is processed twice due to a technical issue, we will refund the duplicate transaction after verification.
• If you can prove the content is substantially different from the advertised description, we will consider a refund request on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request support or a refund, email mindsetbyaftab@gmail.com with the transaction ID, date, and a brief explanation. We will respond within 48–72 hours.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider, we will investigate. If the chargeback is found invalid (fraudulent), we may provide evidence to the payment provider to contest it.
